Epic Direct Network Email Confirmation

There are 3 steps to our application:

1. Complete the sign-up process on our website
2. Submit your tax documentation
3. Complete our quick phone screen

To start the application process, click on the link below. Our secure application will then open in a new browser window. The web portion of the signup will take approximately 5 minutes. Based on the answers from your application, you will be given instruction on which tax forms to fill out on the confirmation page. The third and last step, phone verification, will be performed by our Publisher Service Representatives who will review your entire application and contact you within a few days. Please provide a working telephone number on your application to enable this process.

Lastly, please ensure that you add us to your "safe senders" list. We want to make certain that all of our communications make it to your inbox, as we send important information regarding your account, as well as network-wide news via e-mail.
