manuals. Please read the manuals before installing any of my
themes. To make
your site look similar to the Demo, use the
settings provided in the PRO Theme Manual. At the end of this
email you will find a short list of frequently asked SUPPORT /
TROUBLE SHOOTING questions & answers. Should you still be
stuck, send me an eMail and I'll help you out for free.

Follow the steps in this video to set up the BIZ, PersonalAgency,

For all other themes except ShowCase and Blogbeast, don't the
set up of the front page template ;-) It is already included.
Make your settings within the front-page tab of the options page.
Please read the manual and the following Q&A before you
contacting me with support requests. I love to help you out, but
since I am relaunching RichWP you can imagine that time is
limited.
Do the themes use the native WordPress Page/Post Thumbnails?
» Yes, I have implemented them into all themes except the
Showcase and BlogBeast right after WP2.9 was released. Even if it
isn't stated in the manuals, use the post/page thumbnail function
in your insert image dialog or right under the category /
attributes section on the right of the post/page editor. You do
not have to use the custom fields thumbnail or image to display
thumbnails.
I can't get the gallery to work?
» Read the manual, I can't explain it better. The galleries are
built using hierarchical pages (parent/child pages). Use the
custom fields as explained in the manual. This video shows how

you are using the custom field "photo" and your images are not
being displayed, check if the folder "scripts" within the
rich-theme folder is set to chmod777 readable/writable and if a
folder named cache has been created.
Problems with the Featured Content Gallery?
» Some themes use the Featured Content Gallery (FCG). You need
at least 2 posts/pages set up with a custom field named
"articleimg" that contains a valid image URL. The IDs of those
posts/pages have to be set up in the FCG configuration. Not sure
what an ID is? Check out this video:
